COMBINATION PROGRAMME
This programme is a combination of the Pro Kitchen and the Pro Finishing Programme.

- While, students completing the Professional Kitchen Programme are accepted into the industry as Commis-level chefs, when combined with the Professional Finishing Programme, students are armed with 360° advanced skills for kitchen operations of a fine dining standard.
- The Combination programme leads up to a City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 diplomas.
PRO CHEF PROGRAMME
The Pro Chef Programme is a special programme designed for those already in the culinary industry looking to build their portfolio and gain a Level 2 or Level 3 diploma from City and Guilds in order to progress further up the career ladder.
Requirements for this programme:
- Currently a chef working in the UAE and have minimum 1 year working experience
- Are able to have a flexible schedule of minimum 15 culinary sessions at SCAFA (scheduling based on days off and instructor availability)
HOME PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMME
The Home Pro Programme is a 3-month programme to help students who are holding full-time jobs or cannot participate in a full-time culinary education programme, but who love the craft and are keen to pursue a culinary career.
Key features:
- The programme is delivered through 40 intensive classes, 3 times a week in the evenings.
- The programme focuses on teaching all the fundamental techniques for cooking and food handling, and prepares students to become professional chefs suitable for entry-level positions (commis) in any restaurant kitchen globally.
- The Home-Pro programme leads up to a City & Guilds Level 2 diploma.
